Product Information

Chrome plating tech. reduces friction between body and work piece. Special selected polly crystal diamond materials and strictly QC in each process which completely helps to extend the tens of times longer cutting life than normal carbide.

Polycrystalline diamond (PCD) is a sintered product used in many industrial applications, particularly in the field of cutting tools. The PCD is supplied in particles of 58/62mm in diameter and has three different particle size classes: standard (25 μm), fine (10 μm) and ultrafine (2 μm). In most cases, the finer the particle size of the diamond, the better the quality of the cutting edge, but there is a disadvantage: the smaller the crystal, the more fragile the cutting edge. Very fine grains are useful only when you are cutting extremely abrasive materials.
